Well, it never lasts long in our house since we gobble it up as soon as it comes out of the oven. However, we do love Fo'Cheezie leftovers (even better the next day in my opinion). Here is my rule of thumb for storage: If baked, store up to 3 days (include the day baked) in the refrigerator. If prepped, store up to 2 days prior to baking or freezing. For freezing, I store up to one month. Again, this is rare for us as the mac and cheese disappears quickly:-)
Prepped: All ingredients are mixed, loaded in a pan, and you can either refrigerate, freeze, or bake at your convenience.
Baked: Mac and cheese is hot and ready to eat upon delivery. If you are not going to eat right away, once the pan has cooled, you can opt to refrigerate and/or freeze portions for later.
If prepped, bake pans uncovered at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Baking time will vary. For Medium to One-Third size pans, normal baking time ranges from 40-50 minutes. For all sizes, make sure to bake until the internal temperature is at least 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
